Do you have a complaint, are you experiencing undesirable behaviour or do you disagree with a decision or resolution? Find out what you can do about it.

Submit a complaint about your degree programme or about UvA servicesYou can submit a complaint about your programme or about UvA facilities and services. This could be a complaint about the contents of a course, for example, or procedures during an exam.
Make a complaint about undesirable behaviourAre you experiencing undesirable behaviour such as bullying, sexual harassment, aggression or discrimination, or are you being treated unjustly? Find out how to make a complaint.
Object to a decisionIf you disagree with a decision made by or on behalf of the Executive Board, about your enrolment, tuition fees or a financial provision for example, you can make an objection.
Appeal against a decision of the examiner or Examinations BoardIf you disagree with a decision by an examiner or the Examinations Board of your degree programme, such as your grade for a course, you can appeal it.
