Do you experience anxious or depressive feelings? Do you find it hard to focus and concentrate? In this training, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques to help you deal with stress and worry. Becoming mindful means becoming more aware of what is happening in your experience to take better care of yourself.
Important to know
- You will need about 30 minutes daily for exercises and recording. Discussing your weekly experiences is an integral part of the sessions;
- Due to the time and energy required for following a training course, we advise you not to participate in multiple training courses at the same time;
- If you register for the training, we count on you to attend all sessions. This is important for both your own process and the group process. If you cannot attend all the meetings, see if another training series or group might be a better fit.
