You'll become more aware of your stress triggers in this training, supervised by student psychologists. You will work on slowing down, creating healthier motivation, taming your inner critic, and cultivating a compassionate mindset. All this will help you study more efficiently, enjoy your studies more and find a healthy balance.
Important to know
- During the week, you will need about 30 minutes daily for exercises and recording. Discussing your weekly experiences in the meetings is an integral part of the training course;
- Due to the time and energy required for following a training course, we advise you not to participate in multiple courses at the same time;
- If you register for this training course, we count on you to attend all sessions. This is important for both your own process and the group process. If you cannot attend all the meetings, see if another training series or group might be a better fit.
