For you?

Do you suffer from excessive worry when giving presentations? This training helps you understand the causes of your presentation anxiety. You'll work on facing it step by step. This way, you'll learn to take the anxiety less seriously. You'll also learn better to understand the body and the symptoms of tension. With all the insights you gain, you'll learn how to deal with apprehension adequately so that it does not hinder your presentation.

Important to know

  • During the week, you will need about 30 minutes daily for exercises and recording. Discussing your weekly experiences in the meetings is an integral part of the training;
  • Due to the time and energy required for following a training course, we advise you not to participate in multiple training courses at the same time;
  • If you register for the training, we count on you to attend all meetings. This is important for both your own process and the group process. If you cannot attend all the meetings, see if another training series or group might be a better fit.
