- You are paying the institutional fee at another institution and you are simultaneously enrolled at the UvA as an elective course student.
- If the tuition you have paid to the other institution is lower than the tuition fee you owe at the UvA, you will need to pay the difference to the UvA via a bank transfer.
Request your Proof of paid tuition fees ('Bewijs betaald collegegeld') in Studielink
If you meet the criteria, you indicate in Studielink that you wish to pay with a proof of paid tuition fees (Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld).
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the ‘Payment’ tab and click on ‘Enter payment details’.
- Enter the country in which your bank is located.
- Select the payment method ‘Proof of tuition fees payment'.
- Select the educational institution from which you wish to request the proof of paid tuition fees (Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld or BBC). This is the institution to which you have already paid tuition.
- Give Studielink permission to request the BBC from the selected institution and to forward it to the institution where you wish to submit the BBC as proof of payment.
Important information
- You can only request a proof of paid tuition fees (BBC) in Studielink if you are already fully enrolled at the other educational institution and you will be entering your payment details for the same academic year at the UvA.
- If your other educational institution is not yet able to provide the UvA with a digital BBC, then Studielink will inform you of this. In that case, you will need to request the BBC from the institution itself. The educational institution will then send the BBC directly to the UvA.
