Duties of the Examinations Board

The Examinations Board has various legal duties and powers in relation to the quality of assessments, certification, exemptions and the handling of fraud and plagiarism. Students may petition the Examinations Board with a range of requests.

Privacy

The Examination Board must be able to establish whether you meet the requirements for obtaining a degree (Art. 12 WHW. Teaching and Examination Regulations). If necessary, the Examination Board can request information regarding you or correspondence with you. For example correspondence with the study advisor or examiner. Only information deemed necessary for the fulfilment of the statutory task of the Examination Board will be provided.
