What is your study programme?

Being on a student council or programme committee can sometimes take up so much of your time that you incur a study completion delay. The aim of the Administrative Body Membership Grant is to compensate you for situations like this.

Individual requirements

Besides being a member of a student council or programme committee, you must also meet the following requirements:

  • You are or have been entitled to a study grant from DUO (this requirement does not apply to international students).
  • You must be registered as a full-time student at the UvA.
  • You are paying the statutory tuition fees (this requirement does not apply to non-EU students or students with a tuition fee waiver for serving on a board).
  • For members of the CSR and FSR: Prior to the year during which the administrative office was performed, you must have met the BSA standard. This requirement does not apply to members of the programme committee.
  • You must not already have received the maximum number of (grant) months for an Administrative Body Membership Grant while enrolled at the UvA.
