Due to its success, all 460 study places in the P.C. Hoofthuis will be available again during the exam weekend, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Access is only possible upon presentation of a valid UvA student card.

Want optimal focus during the exam period? You can sign up for guided study sessions. These take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 13:00 to 18:30.
Collaborative studying is done in the dedicated Focus Room (room C.1.01) at the University Library Singel or online in a Microsoft Teams environment. There's a fixed schedule with time for studying, breaks, reflection, collaboration, and information sharing.

On Tuesday, 23 January, another UB Dinner will take place, a cozy meal in the cafeteria of the University Library (Singel) where you can enjoy an hour in the company of fellow students. During this dinner, you also have the opportunity to learn more about the Library's cookbook collection. This edition is inspired by the theme 'Student Fare.' After the dinner, you can start your study session with renewed energy. The cost for the UB dinner is 5 euros.
