Study efficiently with other students using proven effective study techniques such as the Pomodoro Method. A trained student host will guide you through study blocks, breaks and moments of reflection to ensure you complete all your assignments. The day ends with a free dinner. These sessions are part of the Well-being Week 2025.

13:00 – 13:30: Introduction: study techniques and quest

13:30 – 17:30: Study session with planning, study blocks, and quests

17:30 – 18:30: Free dinner 

Why participate?

Discover useful study tools like focus music and mind mapping during guided study sessions, following the motto 'everyone studies differently'. After a brief introduction to study methods, you’ll dive right in, with quest elements helping to sharpen your focus and keep you on track. Earn points by completing tasks and experimenting with new techniques.

These sessions, part of the 'Well-being Week 2025', include a free dinner during this special edition.
