Effective stress management enables you to be more productive, build resilience and better adapt to challenging situations. After the workshop, you’ll know how to identify unhealthy stress signals and which strategies to use to maintain long-term well-being in your professional life.

Learning goals

  • Gain insights into the effects of too much stress on your body and mind. 
  • Discover techniques to cultivate resilience and adapt to workplace challenges.  
  • Learn to manage stress proactively to enhance your well-being.
  • Develop skills that promote productivity, creativity and job satisfaction.

How do I apply?

Submit a brief motivation and a 10-minute assignment to sign up. Please note that space is limited. If you are selected but are unable to attend, kindly inform us in advance. We’ll offer the spot to someone on the waiting list.

  • Monday 13 January: deadline to submit your application.
  • Tuesday 14 January: we will inform you about whether you are selected or on the waiting list and you will receive the assignment.
  • Thursday 16 January: deadline pre-assignment (+/- 10 minutes).
