International Women's Day - In conversation about gender and diversity

On 6 March, the CDO and WiF (Women in the Faculty of Science) organise a Dialogue Table at Science Park, in honour of International Women's Day (8 March). This event brings together students, teachers and staff to discuss gender in academia. The Dialogue Table is dedicated to connecting and bridging different perspectives on gender (in)equality.

We invite you to talk to someone with different lived experiences about how gender roles influence careers, how race, gender and class influence academic opportunities and experiences, or how menopause and parenthood can influence study and work. Participants will have the opportunity to share perspectives, learn from each other, and contribute to a more inclusive university.

After registering, you will be paired with someone who has a different lived experience than you. Together you will talk with the guidance of moderators and with a fully catered lunch.
