- Training, workshops and groupsThe UvA offers you workshops, training courses, information sessions and groups to study more effectively. You can also work on the skills you need after graduation.
- Guided study sessionsStudying requires time, energy and commitment. Maybe you struggle with performance pressure, uncertainty about your results, early dropout or procrastination. Join the guided study sessions.
- UvA Student Careers CentreYour career is a journey, not a destination. We support you in exploring options, taking actions, and articulating your strengths to pursue opportunities. Join workshops, events, get a CV check, use online tools, or book a career consultation. Our services guide you in shaping your future, even up to a year after graduation.
- Writing CentreCould you use some help with your academic texts? The Writing Centre offers you support free of charge.

- UvA psychologistsAre stress or mental health problems interfering with your studies? The UvA's psychologists can offer various types of support such as groups, workshops, courses or consultations.
