'Welcome': that word is at the core of the inclusive, open, respectful environment that the FGw's Diversity Office strives to create, for students and staff alike. This Diversity Office, like the UvA itself, is committed to pursuing policy that helps reduce inequality, remove barriers to success in education, and create equal opportunities for everyone. In these efforts, we focus on diversity and the equality and inclusion of people from all manner of social and cultural backgrounds, genders, faiths, sexual orientations and degrees of ability.

We've made gains, and there is still much that we can do, and are doing, to ensure that everyone who makes up our FGw community feels welcome here.

If you are interested in participating, please write to FDO Kristine Johanson and the Diversity Team at inclusion-fgw@uva.nlExternal link.
