AMC-UvA Programme Administration Office

The Programme Administration Office is the link between students and the AMC-UvA's Education Support Office.

What can the Programme Administration Office do for me?

The AMC-UvA Programme Administration Office offers administrative support for study programmes at the Faculty of Medicine. Students can get in touch daily by email or telephone or visit the Student Desk on Square J0 at the AMC-UvA. Documents can be deposited in the letterbox next to the Student Desk.

You can contact the Programme Administration Office if you have questions about issues such as:

  • Course registration and assignment
  • Examination registration and admission
  • Registration of exam results
  • Application for medical clerkships
  • Submission of academic internship
  • Graduation/certification
  • Appointments with study advisers
  • SIS

Before contacting the Programme Administration Office, check if the answer to your question can be found in the A-Z list at, or, if it relates to course content, check the course in question on Blackboard.

Attained marks will be registered in SIS by the Programme Administration Office. You can track your own study progress in SIS. As a student, you are responsible for checking that all of the examinations you have passed are displayed in the academic plan in SIS. If an exam result is missing from the overview, notify the Programme Administration Office immediately.
