For study-related queries, you can contact the Education Desk of the Faculty of Humanities (FGw).
Due to the current coronavirus measures, the Education Desk location will be closed up to and including 20 april 2021 at the least; stopping by the Desk will not be possible until this point in time. Grade lists will be sent to you if you request them through the DSSD. You can only make an appointment at the Education Desk to collect your diploma. You can also let us send your diploma to your home address by registered mail, by filling out the form below.
For all other things, you can contact the Desk digitally or by telephone on workdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
If you wish to ask your question online, you can do so by filling out the Digital Student Service Desk form. This way, your question will reach the right department. You can also request and upload documents.
