For study-related queries, you can contact the Education Desk of the Faculty of Humanities (FGw).
Due to the current coronavirus measures, the Education Desk location is currently closed; stopping by the Desk is not possible at this point in time. Grade lists will be sent to you if you request them through the DSSD. You can only make an appointment at the Education Desk to collect your diploma. You can also let us send your diploma to your home address by registered mail, by filling out the form below.
The Education Desk can be reached digitally and by telephone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
From Monday 12 July to Friday 6 August, the Education Desk is accessible between 10:00 and 14:00.
If you wish to ask your question online, you can do so by filling out the Digital Student Service Desk form. This way, your question will reach the right department. You can also request and upload documents.
