    Study spaces

    As a student at the University of Amsterdam, you can take advantage of various facilities that support your study needs and enhance collaboration with fellow students.

    You have access to a wide range of study spaces, from quiet areas for individual work to comfortable spaces for group study. Additionally, there are spaces for project work and video meetings.

    Some study areas are equipped with desktop computers that have specific software installed, giving you access to the programmes needed for your studies.

    Project rooms

    Through UvA SpacefinderExternal link, you can easily reserve study rooms in the University Library Singel or collaborative spaces across various campuses. These enclosed rooms provide the ideal environment for individual or group work.

    Some rooms are equipped with presentation facilities such as projectors and whiteboards, while others are designed for informal meetings and collaboration. By using UvA Spacefinder, you can effortlessly explore the availability and features of different spaces and book the perfect location for your study activities.

    Monitors

    At the larger locations, you can use monitors. These workstations are equipped with a keyboard and mouse. You can easily connect your own laptop to the additional screen using the instructions provided on the mouse pad.

    At the desk of the Library Learning Centre at Roeterseiland (REC-H) and Science Park, you can borrow HDMI cables and various adapters.
