Erasmus+ Traineeship programme and grant
Erasmus+ Traineeship programme and grant
Important:
For the academic year 2024-2025, all available Erasmus+ Traineeship grants have been allocated. However, interested students may apply for a zero-grant status, which registers you as Erasmus+ Traineeship student and provides the opportunity to be considered for future financial support if additional funds become available.
How the Erasmus+ programme came about
The Erasmus+ study programme is an initiative of the European Union to improve exchanges between universities in the European Union and promote cooperation in higher education. The European Commission funds these exchanges. All UvA programmes participate in the European Erasmus+ programme. The individual study programmes have concluded student exchange agreements with partner universities in European member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway and Türkiye.
More information on where Erasmus stands on inclusion, citizenship, the environment, partnerships, mentoring and support can be found in the Erasmus Charter and the Erasmus Policy statement
