Here, you will see the ‘Change payment details’ button. Click this button to change the bank account number from which the tuition fees will be debited.
Important information:
Once you have entered your payment details, it is not possible to immediately make changes to this information. The ‘Change payment details’ button will not appear until one hour after you have submitted the details.
This means that if you accidentally entered the wrong account number, you must wait a while before you can correct this.
If you submit a new account number less than five working days before the direct debit date, we will debit the payment from the account number you originally entered.
If you do not see the ‘Change payment details’ button, you have issued an online payment authorisation via Studielink (and not via the bank environment) or someone else is paying the tuition fee on your behalf. In that case, it will not be possible for you to make changes to the payment authorisation in Studielink. Instead, you can request a change to the bank account number by completing the Financial matters formExternal link. You will need to use this same form if you wish to change the number of instalments (from one to 10 instalments or vice versa).
