Automatic forwarding

Emails sent to the UvA email address are automatically forwarded to the private email address you entered in Studielink. We recommend you stop forwarding email automatically because it doesn't always work as it should.

Official communication channel

The UvA sends all information about your study programme via email. Check your UvA mailbox or your private email address regularly so you don't miss anything.

If you use a private email address such as Hotmail, Live Mail, MSN Mail or Gmail, emails sent to you by the UvA may sometimes fail to arrive or end up in your spam folder. Check your spam folder regularly and add the UvA to your trusted senders list.
