Facilities at the De Voorfabriek

With a workspace in De Voorfabriek, you can expect:
• Access to work and meeting rooms on the REC Campus
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout
• Use of shared pantries
• Joint activities with other associations in De Voorfabriek
• Colour and A3 printers (from €0.10 per print)
• (Optional) Mailbox and postal address for your organisation
• (Optional) Access to a storage cabinet

You can find all of this in a dynamic building shared with other student organisations, a cosy café, and a music and theatre hall available for public activities. It is the ideal place to quickly make connections, share knowledge, and start collaborations.

Applications

Each academic year, the workspaces are reassigned. Applications for 2026–2027 are open from 1 May to 25 May 2027. All applications are carefully considered by the Allocation Committee. However, please note that space is limited. The committee determines whether – and for what – your organisation is eligible.
