Tutorials: Skills & Connect

Together with a small group of students, you'll attend weekly tutorials. The aim is to improve your personal, social, academic and professional skills and to help you with the subjects you're currently taking. The tutorials will help you transition smoothly to an academic environment.

  • Under the guidance of a senior student, your tutor, you and your fellow students will exchange study tips, set goals and reflect on them.
  • Teamwork, public speaking, dealing with procrastination, learning new habits, mental well-being and Excel skills will also be discussed.

When

You'll participate in Skills & Connect in periods 1 and 2 of semester 1, and period 4 of semester 2.

No need to register

Skills & Connect is part of your study programme (Foundations of Economics 2). It's therefore not necessary to register. You'll automatically be added to the Skills & Connect page in Canvas. The schedule for the tutorials can be found in your timetable.
