About EUGLOH
EUGLOH is the “European University Alliance for Global Health”. Since its founding in 2019, EUGLOH has aimed to create a single, interconnected European university campus where students, staff, and researchers can move and collaborate freely for study and work. As an alliance, EUGLOH educates the global health professionals of tomorrow – from leaders and researchers to innovators, entrepreneurs, and practitioners – and seeks to be a driving force behind solutions to major health challenges, such as public health, emerging diseases, climate change, environmental issues, and innovative (digital) care.
The alliance focuses on transnational and multidisciplinary collaboration, seeing universities as crucial hubs for education and research. EUGLOH strives to be a leading network in higher education, enriching the European education, research, and innovation landscape, creating a collaborative environment, and equipping its community with the skills and knowledge to tackle global health challenges. In doing so, EUGLOH is building a sustainable strategic framework and a vibrant, diverse inter-university campus network. It also promotes the employability and career development of students and staff and stimulates interdisciplinarity, innovation, and mobility in all its activities.
Why choose EUGLOH?
EUGLOH’s educational offering, provided by the different EUGLOH partner universities, runs throughout the (academic) year. The dates and duration depend on the programme you choose and on the university. The teaching formats also vary: there are online courses, as well as blended courses, which combine online education with a physical component, such as fieldwork or a few days of practical experience. This allows you to choose what best fits your schedule. It is ideal for students who want a relatively short international experience. Furthermore, you will come into contact with students from other EUGLOH partners, allowing you to expand your European network.
