For you?

Are you wrestling with your emotions? Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or angry? You’re not alone. Experiencing such emotions is usually a normal reaction when facing challenging situations. Nonetheless, it is important to tend to your emotions mindfully.

In this session we'll create a safe environment where you can slow down and connect to your inner world and to others. We will use techniques from Compassion Mind Training to help you balance your mind, body, and actions.

It can be challenging to talk about your feelings. We all find it scary and we share this fear together.

  • Connection to difficult emotions takes courage and asks for a safe and stable environment. For this reason, we ask you to not share political opinions.
