Your vote counts for the Student Council Elections

The Student Council represents your interests
The FSR represents the interests of all Economics and Business students and discusses with the Faculty Board. The party you vote for will help make decisions on topics that directly affect you. Think of topics such as study facilities, resit opportunities and the Teaching and Examination Regulations.
A committed team
Victor reflects on the past academic year. ‘As Chair, I am proud of having fostered such a great team to share the council with. My team is committed, has been working hard on important topics such as Education and Research regulations and has organised multiple community events to connect students with each other.’
The influence of the Student Council
Like the CSR, the FSR has the right to be consulted and the right of consent. The right of consent means that the FSR's approval is required for policy to become legal and therefore binding. The right of consultation means that the FSR must be consulted on certain decisions.
Why your vote is important
‘Voting is important because our legitimacy depends on being elected by as broad a share of the student body as possible’ Victor explains.
