Smeer ’em will be missed for their famous spicy chicken sandwich and, of course, their homemade omelette – as well as their willingness to listen to students and their patience. It is a pity that, following the relocation of the library, they have chosen to end their activities on campus. We wish them every success and will miss them.

With CIRFOOD, PCH will have an accessible catering facility where visitors are welcome at any time of day. In addition to coffee and tea, the range includes affordable filled sandwiches, soup, hot snacks, pastries, pre-packaged snacks and cold drinks. The well-known lunch deal will also remain part of the offer.

What sets CIRFOOD apart is the scope to further develop the range. The first weeks will focus on listening: which products are well received, and what is still needed? Based on feedback from students and staff, the offer will be refined wherever possible.

With this temporary arrangement, the lunch restaurant will remain a low-threshold place where everyone can go for a good lunch or a quick coffee between classes and work.
