Projects with memory

Your projects now have memory. Files, instructions and past conversations stay connected across all your chats. UvA AI Chat creates knowledge cards to store important information — pin them if they're key, edit them when needed, or delete them if they’re utterly false. This is perfect for courses, group projects or anything long-term where you need to check the grounding of AI-answer or use the same background info in different chats. Don't like it? You can turn this off in settings.

More file types

Support for 30 new file types is added, including .json, .py and .sql. This means you can work directly with code, data and scripts without leaving the chat.

Make your own quiz

Create interactive quizzes to test your knowledge on course material. It's a hands-on way to study and create practice exercises.

Smart follow-up questions

Not sure how to ask your question? UvA AI Chat suggests follow-up questions to help you refine your phrasing of questions. Useful when you're working towards a solid research question.

Group acces with dates

You can now set when group access starts and ends. Handy for managing access to course groups, project teams, workshops or committees.
