On Monday, 15 June 2026, Richard Goldstein (vice-president, UvA Executive Board) will give a lecture on the UvA’s finances. You’ll gain fresh insight into how the university is funded, how the UvA’s financial management is organised, and the key financial issues for the 2027 Framework Letter

Want to learn more about the UvA’s finances? Sign upExternal link for the lecture on 15 June from 13:00 to 14:00 (online via Zoom or live in the Hybrid Learning Theatre, REC). All students and staff are welcome. During the lecture you’ll learn about:

  • the UvA’s governance model;
  • how the university is funded;
  • the UvA’s financial position;
  • the key financial issues for the 2027 Framework Letter.

Location: Zoom or Hybrid Learning Theatre REC

You can take part via Zoom or in the Hybrid Learning Theatre. There are 30 seats in the room. If the on-site places are full, you can still join the Zoom livestream.

The lecture will be in Dutch. If you would like to make use of the professional Dutch–English interpreter, you can join via Zoom. Please indicate this on the registration form.
