On 13 January, you'll get an invitation to complete the National Student Survey (NSE). This survey allows you to give your opinion about your degree programme and the UvA. Are there enough study spaces? Do you feel safe at the university? Are your lecturers knowledgeable?

Your opinion is important

The results are only useful for your degree programme when enough students complete the survey. Your answers will help us to further improve your education. The results will also help prospective students choose the right study programme.

Take part via the link sent to your student email  

You'll receive an invitation in your student email with a link to the NSE. Completing the survey takes 8 to 15 minutes. Lost the link? Request a new one!External link

When you complete the NSE, you stand a chance to win great prizes. The National Study Choice Centre will raffle off:

The results will be published on 27 May.

  • UvA staff will use the survey to improve the university for you. 
  • The National Study Choice Centre will use the results to provide prospective students with objective information about degree programmes, via the website Studiekeuze123.nlExternal link. This will enable prospective students to make better choices regarding their degree programme and university.
