What to expect?

Meet fellow students and join one of the decorated tables in the Wibaut Building (AUAS). Enjoy delightful dishes from Indonesian and Korean cuisines, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and halal options. Of course, a typical Dutch Christmas dessert will not be missing! We will end the lunch festively with a music bingo. Sing along, dance... everything is allowed!

Dress to impress!

We are curious about which festive outfit you will wear: a quirky Christmas sweater, your most glittery outfit or something else that makes you stand out. Wear something in which you feel comfortable and good.

• First and last name
• Student number (Note: This lunch is only for students and staff of the UvA and the AUAS. There are no costs involved. Please bring your student card along with your e-ticket.)
• If you’re coming alone, would you like to be paired with a new friend for the day? ESN (Erasmus Student Network) will match you based on your interests. If you choose to join, we will share your email with ESN. In the week before the event, you’ll receive a form to create your match. On the day, you’ll meet your match at the event.
• Want to meet people in advance and walk to the lunch together? You can! Before the lunch at 11:30, we are organising a gathering at the Wibauthof behind the Wibaut Building (see on Google MapsExternal link). Indicate in your email if you would like to join.
• Is there anything we can do, or anything you need, to make the event more accessible? Please let us know! You can share your needs in your email or on the day of the event.
