The social media team of UvA Economics and Business (EB) is looking for a student content creator for 2 hours per week. The focus will be on producing creative videos, such as Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts for our channels. There is plenty of room to bring in and realise your own ideas for content.

What will you do?

• Create social media content (videos and occasionally photos) about education, research and activities for current and prospective students;
• attend events and capture them in visuals;
• edit videos in CapCut and design visuals in CanvaPro (tutorials are available);
• contribute with your own ideas for relevant, current and trending content.

This job is perfect for you, if you:

• are a UvA EB Bachelor’s student;
• have obtained at least 60 ECTS credits;
• have experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts;
• enjoy coming up with and developing your own video ideas;
• preferably have some experience with CapCut and CanvaPro (or are willing to learn);
• speak English (Dutch is a plus), both spoken and written;
• are available as soon as possible.
