You will be the point of contact for questions. Additionally, you can give useful tips to new students who are the first in their family to study at a college or university. Your experience with studying at Economics and Business and student life is incredibly valuable for new students. 

Who is Get Ready powered by Intreeweek for?

All new bachelor students can participate in the Get Ready introduction programme. We especially invite new students who are the first in their family to study at a (Dutch) college or university, also known as first-generation students.

Are you the student mentor we are looking for?

• You are the first in your family to study at a university
• You are a senior student in Economics and Business
• You are proactive, responsible and committed
• You know your way around EB
• You enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge with new students
• You are available on 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 August
• You are available at the introduction meeting on 19 August
• Your Dutch is fluent and your English is good

What will you get in return?

• A remuneration of € 15 net per hour (€ 320 in total)
• A fun and valuable experience guiding new students
• Entrance to selected parts of the UvA Intreeweek
• Lunch and dinner
