Printers under maintenance on August 26th and 27th

On August 26th and 27th, the printers at UvA will be under maintenance, and different instructions for printing will apply. You can find these instructions on the printers and at the bottom of this message. Scanning and copying will work as usual on these days.

How to print on August 26th and 27th

  1. Save your document as a PDF.
  2. Send your PDF in a single email to both addresses print@uva.nlExternal link  AND print-or-scan@uva.nlExternal link
  3. Then log in with your card at the printer and select ‘Print’.
  4. If desired, you can change your print settings such as quantity, color/black-and-white, single-sided/double-sided, and stapling through the through ‘Options’ of your print job

From 28 August, the printers will work normally again. Do you have a self-managed ICT workstation, or do you print via private devices? Then you need to reinstall the printer via the canon portal: uva.canon.nlExternal link. 

This is expected to be possible from Friday 30 August, as printer maintenance for self-managed ICT workstations is taking longer than expected. 

Until then, you can print by following the steps above. Or by logging on to https://uva.mycampusprint.nl/Login/LoginExternal link and uploading the document you want to print.
