What course do you miss in the UvA curriculum? With the Create a Course Challenge UvA students are challenged to submit an idea for a new course. The best idea will be developed into an elective open to all UvA students in collaboration with the Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies. Submit your idea before 9 October.

What is your study programme?
The UvA Create a Course Challenge consists of four rounds. In the first round, students submit their idea. This plan should consist of a maximum of 150 words, and can be just an idea or a draft. Go to the website to submit your idea before 9 October and read more!
After this round, students develop their idea further. All students and staff of the UvA can vote for their favorite ideas between 7 and 14 November 2024, 9 AM. In the final round, with the five most voted ideas, the winner is chosen by a jury during the live finale on 21 November. The IIS and the winner will work together to develop the course into an elective open to all UvA students.
The Challenge is open to all UvA students, Bachelor’s and Master’s alike.
