The doors of buildings A, B, and C of the Roeterseilandcampus are locked, and building E is being secured from the canal side. People can still exit, but they can no longer enter.

The University of Amsterdam regrets that a demonstration is once again causing inconvenience.

Update 15:50:

Some of the protesters have left the Roeterseiland Campus (REC) buildings and are demonstrating outside. A few protesters are still present in building B. A report of trespassing and vandalism has been filed with the police and officers are at the scene.

Update 17:20:

All students and staff who were still present in buildings A and B/C/D of the Roeterseilandcampus (REC) have been escorted out. These buildings are now closed. Everyone in buildings E, G, H, J/K, L, and V is also being asked to leave, and these buildings are being closed as well.
