3-5 January: Service Desk ICT Services reachable by telephone only

From Wednesday 3 January to Friday 5 January, the Service Desk ICT Services can only be reached by phone due to planned maintenance to TOPdesk ICTS. During the maintenance, you will temporarily not be able to use ICTS Selfservice or submit requests or calls by email.

Call the Service Desk ICT Services

During the maintenance, the ICT Services Service Desk can be reached between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on 020 - 525 1402. If you do submit a request or call by e-mail, your request will be processed again from Monday 8 January.

Why is TOPdesk ICTS undergoing maintenance?

Maintenance ensures that TOPdesk ICTS becomes more stable, which contributes to better service provision. ICTS Selfservice will also feature a new, improved design. This ensures a more user-friendly experience.
