During the maintenance, the ICT Services Service Desk can be reached between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on 020 - 525 1402. If you do submit a request or call by e-mail, your request will be processed again from Monday 8 January.
Maintenance ensures that TOPdesk ICTS becomes more stable, which contributes to better service provision. ICTS Selfservice will also feature a new, improved design. This ensures a more user-friendly experience.
