Investigating whether the amount of green space encountered during students' bicycle commutes to and from university is associated with better mental well-being. Specifically, examining whether this relationship is explained by psychological restoration, the recovery of cognitive and emotional resources depleted by stress and mental fatigue and whether students' level of resilience influences these restorative benefits of green space exposure.
