This qualitative research project investigates how German employees with endometriosis manage and differentiate the content of their disease disclosure when communicating with supervisors versus coworkers. This study uses semi-structured interviews to explore lived workplace disclosure experiences. Instead of simply asking if employees tell their employers about endometriosis, this study examines the actual conversations to understand how and why they share this information.
