This study design consist of three sessions, a baseline session, a rescripting session and a follow-up session. In this study we measured the effect of one single session of Imagery rescripting on social anxiety. Moreover, the memory characteristics vividness, memory distress and the encapsulated beliefs we examined on whether or not they have a prospecting value on the positive effects of imagery rescripting for treating social anxiety found in other research.
