Do you struggle with anxiety, low mood, or difficulty concentrating? This 6-session training introduces mindfulness techniques to help you deal with negative thoughts and feelings more effectively. You’ll practice being present with your experience—building awareness, reducing reactivity, and improving self-care through mindfulness.

- Set aside about 30 minutes each day for exercises and journaling. You’ll share your weekly experiences during the group sessions.
- This training requires time and focus. We advise against combining it with other training or group sessions.
- We count on you to attend all meetings. This ensures continuity in your personal development and supports a safe, consistent group dynamic. If you cannot commit to all sessions, consider joining a future training that better fits your schedule.
