Find balance and reduce study stress

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly caught between overworking and procrastination? In this training led by student psychologists, you’ll explore the roots of your stress and how to manage it more effectively. You’ll work on creating healthier motivation, slowing down, silencing your inner critic, and building a more compassionate mindset—all designed to help you study with more ease and enjoyment.

Important to know

  • Set aside about 30 minutes each day for exercises and journaling. You’ll share your weekly experiences during the group sessions.
  • This training requires time and focus. We advise against combining it with other training or group sessions.
  • We count on you to attend all meetings. This ensures continuity in your personal development and supports a safe, consistent group dynamic. If you cannot commit to all sessions, consider joining a future training that better fits your schedule.
