Summer Stress Reset to slow down, recharge and learn practical tools to care for yourself

What you will get

Across the 4 sessions, you will:

    • get psychoeducation about stress;
    • explore how self-criticism and high expectations fuel stress;
  • practice responding to yourself with more understanding and compassion;
    • try out short body-based exercises to calm your nervous system;
    • share experiences with other students in a supportive setting (only if you want to – sharing is always your choice).

Practical information

    • Format: 4 weekly group sessions during the summer period
    • Attendance: We recommend joining all 4 sessions to get the most out of it, but it’s okay if you need to miss one session.
    • Language: English
    • For whom: Students who experience stress, tension or pressure and want to handle it in a healthier way

Bring yourself as you are – stressed, tired, curious, or all of the above – and use part of your summer to take care of your mind and body
