Start the day with calm and clarity

Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you cope better with fretting, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. In these weekly 30-minute sessions, we practice different techniques. Feel free to join in. For privacy and safety, as well as full engagement, your camera need to be switched on.
