UvA Pride, the University of Amsterdam's LGBTQ+ network, wants to bring World Pride to UvA’s campuses with its very own festival. On June 9, World Pride will come to the USC to strengthen the LGBTQ+ community and connect with each other through sports and games. Together with Pride and Sports we want to introduce students to the many LGBTQ+ sports clubs that Amsterdam has to offer. Want to try your hand at queer boxing or roller derby? Come join us!

Then, on June 11, at CREA UvA Pride will bring together music, research and queer joy. With performances by students and lectures by researchers, we want to make this an event that shows how talented the UvA community really is. Do you want to share your talent? Also, there will be film provided by TranScreen, workshops and performances by drag artists, and much, much more.
