Are you a university student who has personal or family links to regions affected by conflict, war, political instability, natural disaster, or other forms of crisis? Living and studying far from home while loved ones face uncertainty can be emotionally challenging and exhausting.

We are offering a small, confidential support group for students who are navigating these difficult circumstances.

This group provides a safe and calm space where you can pause, and focus on psychological stabilization and self-care.

 What the group offers:

  • A supportive and respectful environment
  • Psychoeducation about stress responses and practical ways to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress
  • Guidance in self-compassion and emotional stabilization
  • Gentle practices that help restore a sense of safety and balance

The focus of the group is well-being, stabilization, and support.

To ensure psychological safety for everyone, political discussions and ideological debates are not part of the group.

Participation is voluntary, and you are always free to share as much or as little as you wish.

Who is this group for?

 University students who:

  •   Have personal or family links in regions experiencing crisis, conflict, or disaster.
  •   Feel distress, struggle with focus and feel unstable due to crisis, conflict or disaster.
  •   Would benefit from a supportive space focused on care, grounding, and resilience.
