Build emotional awareness and resilience

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in low self-esteem? In this 7-session group training, you’ll learn how to navigate difficult emotions more clearly, compassionately, and with control. Through guided sessions in a safe and steady environment, you’ll practise emotional awareness, strengthen your tolerance for emotional discomfort, and move toward a more accepting, supportive mindset. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, connect, and grow.

Important to know

  • This training requires time and focus. We advise against combining it with other training.
  • We count on you to attend all meetings. This ensures continuity in your personal development and supports a safe, consistent group dynamic. If you cannot commit to all sessions, consider joining a future training that better fits your schedule.
