About the event
Nowadays, many young people know how challenging it can be to enter the Dutch legal job market. For those who are part of marginalised or underrepresented groups, these challenges are often compounded by additional structural barriers.
The Diversity Committee is therefore pleased to invite you to an upcoming professional development event created specifically to support students and recent alumni from underrepresented and marginalised groups as they navigate the Dutch legal job market.
The event is open to all students, but is especially for first-generation students, LGBTQIA+ students, students with disabilities, international students, and others from underrepresented communities. Through a practical workshop, a plenary discussion, and an informal networking moment, the event aims to create a space where students can strengthen their professional skills, reflect on inclusion in the legal profession, and connect with
peers, alumni, and professionals in a safe and supportive environment.
The event will take place in English and is open to both Dutch and International
Bachelor’s and Master’s law students.
