AmsterMUN 2026: Diplomacy Declassified is the second international Model United Nations conference organised by SIB-Amsterdam at the University of Amsterdam. Over three days, around 250 participants will practice negotiation, debate, and collaborative problem-solving across a range of pressing international issues at Roeterseiland. The core values of AmsterMUN are professionalism, learning through practice, academic excellence, respect and accessibility for all, addressing the common challenges of humanity, and doing all of this in a fun and rewarding way.

The theme of AmsterMUN 2026 is Diplomacy Declassified, an invitation to explore the hidden mechanisms of diplomacy, from confidential negotiations and state secrets to security dilemmas and under-discussed global conflicts.
