Connect with others and grow socially
In this recurring group, you can share your struggles around loneliness, making new connections, or adjusting to a new social environment. You’ll build understanding and support within the group. Also, you’ll work with techniques like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you develop deeper, more meaningful relationships outside the sessions.
Feel free to attend more sessions
- You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. The more you attend, the more the feeling of connection and progress you’re likely to experience.
- Each session requires a separate registration.
- A psychologist will assess whether this group is the right fit or if other support may be more suitable.
