This thesis investigates how emphasizing the importance of having a clear personal opinion affects the effectiveness of health communication about excessive caffeine consumption. Drawing on attitudinal frameworks the study explores whether encouraging individuals to form firm opinions about caffeine use may inadvertently influence their receptiveness to health warnings. Additionally, the research examines the moderating role of perceived stress, testing whether individuals under higher stress respond differently to such communication efforts.
