
You make simple pickles for the winter season while chatting and meeting new people. Fermentation uses salt and time. Natural microbes transform sugars into acids. That preserves vegetables and adds bright, tangy flavour. It can extend shelf life and reduce food waste. It is hands-on, creative, and fun to try with friends.
